Directions by road from the South (Carlisle)

• On the A7 take the 1st exit of the roundabout onto the M6 signposted to Scotland/Glasgow/Edinburgh/Dumfries
• Merge onto the M6
• Continue onto the M74(M) for approximately 40 minutes
• At Junction 13, take the A702 exit to Edinburgh/Lanark/A73 - at the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto the A702
• After approximately 1 hour, turn left onto Earl Grey Street/A700 and continue to follow the A700
• Turn left onto W Approach Road
• Take the 1^st right onto Canning Street
• Turn right onto the A8/Shandwick Place
• Take the 1^st left onto Stafford Street
• Turn left onto Melville Street
• 5 Melville Crescent is on the small roundabout on the left hand side as you drive along Melville Street

Directions by road from Edinburgh Airport

• Head east towards Eastfield Road – going through 1 roundabout
• Merge onto the A8/Glasgow Road via the ramp to Edinburgh/A720/City Bypass – continue to follow the A8
• After around 10 minutes, turn left onto Magdala Crescent
• Take the 2^nd right onto Douglas Crescent and then first right onto Douglas Gardens
• Take the next left onto Rothesay Place
• Take the 1^st right onto Manor Place
• Take the 2^nd left onto Melville Street and 5 Melville Crescent is on the left hand side after the small roundabout

Directions by foot from Haymarket Station

• Exit the station and turn right, walking up West Maitland Street
• Continue on onto Atholl Place
• Turn left onto Manor Place and then 2^nd on the right onto Melville Street
• Continue along Melville Street until you reach a small roundabout – you have reached Melville Crescent
• Cross over the road of Walker Street and number 5 Melville Crescent is on your left
